📢[EVENT] CORE at the UCPKN Forum 📢

On Wednesday 5th June, CORE was at Tour & Taxi at the Civil Protection Forum which looked this year at the topic of "Shaping a disaster-resilient Union". 

In the past years, the European Union in collaboration with its Member States and other partners hasworked towards building a more disaster-resilient Union that is prepared to face an increasingly complex and changing risk landscape. With this forum, hosting more than 1,550 people from 70+ countries the aim was to promote discussions, exchanges of knowledge and good practices, networking, and community building.

The Crisis Management Innovation Network (CMINE) was present at the event with a booth presenting as well the projects under the Societal Resilience Cluster (SRC), including CORE. 

Our partner UNISA also took the floor to join a panel session on "Strengthening Societal Resilience to Disasters: Improving Engagement and Communication among Citizens and Authorities", where the audience had the opportunity hear insights from the project.
